Who we are
Attendance Autopilot is a product of Nimbusworks Consulting LLC ("we," "us"). We handle CitiSpan enrollment and attendance reporting for out-of-school-time youth programs. Contact: [email protected].
What we handle
- Account & contact information you give us (organization name, staff names and emails, the funder you report to).
- Participant information needed to register and enroll youth in CitiSpan, taken from your program's applications and rosters: name, date of birth, address, school, grade, and the consent answers your forms record.
- Attendance from your sites. Attendance files we upload identify youth by CitiSpan PersonID, not by name.
- A CitiSpan login that you create for us as our own user on your grant. We never ask for your staff's passwords.
How we use it
Only to do your CitiSpan reporting, send your staff reports about it, and support your account. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone except the providers that run the service.
The consent boundary
We never decide consent for a child. Consent and release fields are recorded exactly as your program's forms or written instructions say, and anything missing is flagged by name for your staff.
How we protect it
- Everything is encrypted in storage and in transit. The service runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States with no open inbound access.
- Each customer's data is kept in its own database.

How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer. Run logs are kept for 30 days. When you leave, we export your records on request and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask for an export or deletion of your records, and you can remove our CitiSpan user at any time. Email [email protected].
Service providers
Amazon Web Services (hosting), Cloudflare (website and working database), and Google Workspace (email). They process data only as needed to provide the service.
